# Receive PayPal events

## Request

PayPal sends its event JSON and webhook signature headers. This route verifies the notification and reconciles the matching payment operation.

## Response

Returns `{ received: true }`. `/api/payments/paypal/webhook` is an alias. Checkout clients use [operation status](https://docs.rawchunks.space/dev/endpoints/credits/operation.md) to recover.
